Bunnell, Florida Appointment only

One hour is the whole program.

Hour of Power Fitness is a small coached gym on East Moody Boulevard. Sessions are booked ahead, never dropped in on, and every one of them runs sixty minutes: warm up, lift, condition, stretch, out the door. You get the rest of your day back.

Inside
the hour

Nothing here is improvised. The clock starts when you walk in and the same shape repeats every session, so you always know what is coming and how long is left. Scroll and the dial runs with you.

00 minutes in

Doors open. Check in, grab a mat, the clock has not started yet.

00

You arrive

Check in, put your phone down, claim a corner of the floor. Sessions are booked, so nobody is waiting on a machine.

05

Warm up

Ankles, hips, shoulders, spine. Five to ten minutes of getting the joints ready for load instead of straight into it cold.

15

Strength

The main lifts of the day, coached set by set. Squat, hinge, press, pull. Weight goes up when your form says it can.

35

Conditioning

Timed intervals on kettlebells, sleds, rowers and ropes. Scaled to whoever walked in the door that morning.

50

Core and carries

Loaded carries, anti rotation work, the unglamorous middle that keeps your back out of trouble later.

58

Cool down

Breathe it back down, stretch what just worked, hear what is on the board for next time.

60

Back to your day

Out by seven if you took the six o'clock. The whole point of an hour is that it fits before everything else starts.

Not ninety. Not a whole afternoon of wandering between machines. One coached hour, five mornings a week, with an evening block for people who work through the middle of the day.

What the
hour can be

Every option below is the same sixty minutes, pointed at a different job. Call and say which one sounds like you, or say you have no idea and let them sort it out on the phone.

01 Small group training Coached sessions kept small enough that somebody actually watches your reps instead of counting heads. 60 min
02 One on one A plan written around your schedule, your history and the things that already hurt. Private floor time. 60 min
03 Strength foundations Squat, hinge, press, pull, carry. Taught slowly and loaded honestly, whether you have lifted before or never have. 60 min
04 Conditioning Short work, timed rest, kettlebells and carries. Hard enough to matter, scaled so you can come back tomorrow. 60 min
05 Mobility and recovery Hips, shoulders, ankles. The part most people skip until something stops moving the way it used to. 60 min
06 Form and progress checks Somebody keeps track of your numbers and your positions, so progress is a record rather than a feeling. By appointment

Every session is booked in advance. Call and they will tell you which block has room this week.

Suite 106 on East Moody Boulevard, in Bunnell. Kettlebells, racks, mats, rowers and a wall clock. It is a working local gym rather than a chain floor, which is why the sessions stay small and why they ask you to book instead of turning up.

Fourteen people have reviewed it on Google. All fourteen gave it five stars, which is a small number of reviews and a very consistent one.
